Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING DELAY: All orders placed between 2/26/2014 and 2/27/2014 will be delayed shipping by 1 to 2 business days. If you have any questions please call 1-800-497-8697. Thank you for your understanding.

Free Shipping

We know you're excited about your purchase and we want to make sure you receive it quickly! We now offer several different options for shipping your order. Plus, you'll receive FREE Shipping on orders of $75 or more.

FREE Shipping will be provided for destinations within the continental United States only. Please allow 3 to 6 business days for delivery via FedEx Ground.

Hawaii, Alaska and Canada are excluded from receiving Free Shipping.

24 Hour Order Process Time and Rush Orders

We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt. If you need a rush order, please call us at 1-800-497-8697 to place your order, otherwise it will not be processed and shipped until the next business day.

SmartPost and SurePost

For those of you who want the most economical shipping option we now offer FedEx SmartPost, as well as UPS SurePost! Both services are a collaborative effort between FedEx or UPS and the USPS to deliver packages as economically as possible. So while this is a FedEx or UPS service, all home deliveries are made by the USPS, and must have an address that the USPS delivers to. SmatPost and SurePost are options for shipping to PO Boxes and APO Addresses. This service takes between 5 to 10 business days for delivery. Please note that orders made through our website are not entered until the next business day. If you want same day shipping please call customer service at 1-800-497-8697.

Canada, Alaska and Hawaii

Shipping to addresses in Canada is available through the USPS, as well as FedEx options. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska are not eligible for free shipping, and may take between 10 to 12 days to arrive with the SmartPost option.

Note to customer is Canada: If you choose the FedEx option, the shipping charges billed to you are to the Canadian border only.  You may be billed separately by FedEx for Customs brokerage fees including Canadian taxes for the product purchased.

Shipping Policies

Online orders received today will ship the next business day. If you need same day shipping service, please call customer service directly at 1-800-497-8697 to place your order.

At Springbokpuzzles.com, shipping and handling charges are based on the following:

  • The delivery option you choose
  • The weight of your items

You'll see your shipping cost listed on Step 3, the Shipping Options page, in Checkout before you submit your order. After reviewing the page, you can continue through the Checkout process.

Orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding national holidays. Expedited delivery does not include Saturdays or Holidays. Shipments to a P.O. Box or APO locations will ship via USPS or SmartPost. FedEx shipping is not available for the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, or the Yukon Territory. At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses with the exception of Canada.

Delivery

Ground orders are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days and may take up to 8 business days to reach its destination in the continental United States, based on the shipping method selected.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order prior to shipping please contact our customer service representatives at 800-497-8697 between 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. CST. Unfortunately, we can't cancel your order once it's shipped and we typically process orders very quickly, which is usually a good thing! You do have the option to return your purchase and you can contact us if you have questions about your order. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your needs.

Address Corrections

If your order has not shipped we are happy to make any address correction changes at no additional cost. However, "Ship To" address changes or corrections after an order has shipped will incur a $15 charge. Please contact customer service at 800-497-8697 and send an email with the address correction requested. Customer Service will ask for credit card information to process the $15 address change charge. The $15 charge is a direct cost charged to Allied Products, Inc. for in-transit address corrections.

Easy Returns

If you or your gift recipient is not fully satisfied with your puzzle purchase, or ordered a duplicate, we will accept authorized returns of unopened products if notified within 5 days after receipt of your puzzle.  To receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-497-8697, or email info@springbokpuzzles.com with the subject line, “Springbok Returns”.

Gift Cards

The risk of loss and title for Springbok.com Gift Certificates pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the purchaser, recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable.  We are not responsible if a Springbok.com Gift Certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.

Defective Product

Springbok Puzzles takes great pride in the workmanship of our puzzles and the fact that they are produced 100% in the United States of America.  This is why your personal satisfaction is our number one priority.  We stand behind our products because we believe in the quality and workmanship of our puzzles, and we want to maintain a long, happy relationship with our customers.  Our Customer Service staff will provide reliable, timely service so that we may ensure a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you experience a defect of material or workmanship with the puzzle, we will replace the same puzzle as long as it is a current item, in-stock.  We value all of our loyal Springbok customers, and wish to convey our sincere apology for the difficulty you may have experienced with your puzzle.  Please follow the instructions below to receive a replacement puzzle.

  1. Your name, phone number, mailing address and email contact information.
  2. Send the puzzle name, and the reason you are requesting a replacement.
  3. Include the stamped Lot # and Date from the bottom of the puzzle box.
  4. Cut the UPC “bar code” from the puzzle box and include with the letter.
