I was given a Springbok puzzle, which was on my wishlist for Christmas that pictured nutcrackers. To my surprise, the puzzle inside the factory sealed box was not of nutcrackers... but a plate of gingerbread men cookies. When I contacted Springbok Mike in Customer Service made every attempt to locate a replacement of this now discontinued puzzle for me. Even though he could not find a replacement, he offered to send me another puzzle of my choosing.
