Ground shipping is available to addresses in the continental United States and Canada. Orders with product totals that exceed $75 will receive free standard ground shipping within the continental United States only.

Shipments to HI and AK are available through Next Day or 2nd Day Air service only and are not eligible for free shipping. Orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding national holidays. Expedited delivery does not include Saturdays or Holidays.

Shipments to a P.O. Box or APO locations will ship via USPS or USPS Priority Mail. UPS Ground shipping is not available for the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, or the Yukon Territory. With the exception of Canada, we do not accept international orders.

Delivery

Ground orders are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days and may take up to 5 business days to reach the East or West Coast.

Order Cancellations

To cancel an order prior to shipping you must contact customer service at 800-497-8697 during normal business hours of (7:30AM – 4:30PM Central Time). Once an order ships it cannot be cancelled, however you have the option to return the items by following the returns policy.

Address Corrections

"Ship To" address changes or corrections after an order has shipped will incur a $15 charge. You must contact customer service at 800-497-8697 and send an email with the address correction requested. Customer Service will ask for credit card information to process the $15 address change charge. The $15 charge is a direct cost charged to Allied Products, Inc. for in-transit address corrections. If the order has not shipped we are happy to make the correction at no additional cost.

Return Policy

Allied Products Inc. will accept authorized returns of unopened product in perfect condition if notified within 5 days after receipt of order. To receive authorization, please contact our Customer Service at 800-497-8697. Customer is responsible for shipping charges incurred to return product. Credit for returned product will be processed within 5 business days of receipt and inspection.
