Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We know you're excited about your purchase and we want to make sure you receive it quickly! We now offer several different options for shipping your order, including letting you select between UPS and FedEx as well as ground and expedited options. Plus, you'll receive FREE Ground Shipping on orders of $75 or more!

FREE shipping will be provided using FedEx ground shipping within the continental United States only. Ground shipping is available to addresses in the continental United States and Canada. Shipments to HI and AK are available through Next Day or 2nd Day Air service only and are not eligible for free shipping.

At Springbokpuzzles.com, shipping and handling charges are based on the following:

  • The delivery option you choose
  • The weight of your items

You'll see your shipping cost listed on Step 3, the Shipping Options page, in Checkout before you submit your order. After reviewing the page, you can continue through the Checkout process.

Orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding national holidays. Expedited delivery does not include Saturdays or Holidays. Shipments to a P.O. Box or APO locations will ship via USPS or USPS Priority Mail. UPS Ground shipping is not available for the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, or the Yukon Territory. At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses with the exception of Canada.

Delivery

Ground orders are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days and may take up to 5 business days to reach the East or West Coast.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order prior to shipping please contact our customer service representatives at 800-497-8697 between 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. CST. Unfortunately, we can't cancel your order once it's shipped and we typically process orders very quickly, which is usually a good thing! You do have the option to return your purchase and you can contact us if you have questions about your order. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your needs.

Address Corrections

If your order has not shipped we are happy to make any address correction changes at no additional cost. However, "Ship To" address changes or corrections after an order has shipped will incur a $15 charge. Please contact customer service at 800-497-8697 and send an email with the address correction requested. Customer Service will ask for credit card information to process the $15 address change charge. The $15 charge is a direct cost charged to Allied Products, Inc. for in-transit address corrections.

If, for any reason, you or your gift recipient is not fully satisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to let us know. We want to ensure you are absolutely delighted with your order. We will accept authorized returns of unopened products if notified within 5 days after receipt of your order. To receive authorization, please contact our Customer Service at 800-497-8697. Credit for returned products will be processed within 5 business days of receipt and inspection.
