Official Rules of 2010 Springbok Write-A-Review Sweepstakes

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY AND WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCE OF WINNING.
   
   
2. Entry and Eligibility: Allied Products, Inc., as the sponsor of the 2010 Springbok Write-A-Review Sweepstakes (the "Sponsor"), will conduct one drawing for each of the months of July, August and September of 2010 (each an "Entry Period"). To enter, submit to us by 11:59 p.m. (CST) on the last day of the Entry Period, a qualified written review of one of our puzzles as outlined in the Customer Ratings and Reviews Terms of Use found at link in 8 below. Registration is required to submit a review. You may enter as often as you like by submitting a review of another puzzle. To enter, you must be age 13 or older, a legal resident of the United States and not be an employee, officer or director of the "Sponsor or any of its advertising agencies or law firms or an immediate family member of any such person (Sponsor and all above-identified affiliates and individuals are collectively referred to herein as "Sponsor and Affiliates"). Each qualified entry qualifies only for the drawing held for the Entry Period in which the entry is received and will not be carried over to subsequent drawings. All late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, undeliverable or destroyed entries are invalid entries, regardless of the cause, including, but not limited to, any problem or technical malfunction of any computer online system or server or technical problem or traffic congestion on the Internet or at the above-referenced website.
   
   
3. Prizes, Drawings and Odds: Within one month following the end of each Entry Period, Sponsor will conduct a drawing to randomly select one winner from all qualified entries it receives during that Entry Period. The prize is one puzzle of the winner’s selection from Springbok’s 2010 Fall/Winter Collection. The prize has a verifiable retail value of $12.95 to $24.95. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash and cannot be substituted, refunded or exchanged. The winner is responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes, fees and other applicable government assessments on the awarded prize. The odds that a qualified entry will be selected are one out of the total number of qualified entries Sponsor receives during the applicable Entry Period. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries and entrants it deems non-compliant with these Official Rules and shall be deemed the sole interpreter of these Official Rules.
   
   
4. Claiming Prize: Each winner will be notified by email. To claim the prize, winner must respond, as directed in Sponsor’s notice of award, within 14 days after the date of Sponsor’s first notice of award. Upon such timely response, Sponsor will mail the prize to the winner. If the winner fails to timely respond or fails to fully comply with these requirements, or if Sponsor determines the winner ineligible, then the winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be randomly selected.
   
   
5. Waiver and Release: By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and further agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and Affiliates from any and all losses, damages, claims and actions of any kind arising from this promotion (including, without limitation, claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy) or from the acceptance, possession or use of any awarded prize.
   
   
6. Applicable Law and Geographic Area: Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rule of any jurisdiction. This sweepstake is void outside the United States and where prohibited by law.
   
   
7. Sponsor and Winners List: The sponsor is Allied Products, Inc., 1420 Kansas Avenue, Kansas City, Missouri 64127. You may obtain the names of the winners by sending a request and stamped, self-addressed, #10 envelope to the above address.
