Wasted money on 4 copies of the SAME puzzle October 2, 2016
Reviewer: Andrew P. from Indianapolis, IN United States
When the description says they take random puzzles, they really mean it. I ordered 5 mystery puzzles and got 4 of the same kind. I thought it was an honest mistake, but the rep said that's the risk I take and refused to correct the problem. After I told her they had a lost a customer, she offered to replace them if I paid for the shipping. What a waste of money and poor customer service.

Don't mix piece-counts! September 1, 2016
Reviewer: Randy May from BARBERTON, OHIO United States
Recently I found  two of these for sale on eBay. It said something like 'two 1,000-piece Springbok Mystery puzzles for sale in original factory sealed bags.'
I thought this was a great idea and believed Springbok had found a way to sell the puzzles with boxes that had been damaged in transit, and I bought both of them.  BUT I would not want Springbok to decide what piece count I should get. I like the 1,000+ puzzles, and although I will do a 500-piece puzzle, I really am not interested in anything smaller than that.
Now, if all the pieces are not in  these bags, I hope Springbok will stand by their factory!
