Springbok has received an unprecedented amount of orders due to the need for indoor activities. To meet this need, Springbok has hired over 15 additional employees. They are shipping puzzles 20 hours a day.

We are working hard and making sacrifices to address the needs of struggling brick and mortar stores, national retailers, and consumers. We all hope that we will return to normal soon, but, for now, we are doing everything we can to support our customers so they can stay safe at home.

When will my order ship?

Springbok is shipping orders around the clock! Your order will ship within 48 hours. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your puzzles ship. Be sure to check your spam folder too. . . Sometimes our messages end up there.

We are sorry for the delay. The demand has been extremely high. We have hired additional staff to man two shifts a day. They are working 20 hours a day.

When will my puzzles arrive?

When your order ships (within 48 hours), you will receive a shipping notification to your email with tracking information and estimated time of arrival. We are sorry for the wait.

Can I get a status on my order? It says "Processing."

"Processing" means that our staff is quickly working its way to your order, but it has not shipped yet. Orders are shipping within 48 hours.

Requests for an updated status on orders which were placed within the last 48 hours will not receive a response. Do not email or call regarding the status of your order. You will not receive a response. We do not have the staffing available to reply to every request.

Was my order received? I have been charged but don't have shipping information.

If you received an order number, then yes. Your order has been received and is being processed.

At the time of your purchase, you should have received a confirmation email. Because of our current protracted ship time, you will receive a notification that your order has shipped within 48 hours.
