Do I have a Piece Count Club account?
If you have created an account on Springbok Puzzles, a free Piece Count Club account has been opened for you. 10 points have been credited to your account for completing the reward task of creating an account in the past.

How do I log in to my Piece Count Club account?

Due to the unique cut, all pieces are unique to each puzzle. So, unfortunately, we are unable to send out individual pieces. Instead, we will be happy to send a replacement puzzle. Please send the following to email@example.com and note that only typed responses will be processed:
- The name of the puzzle
- The product code located next to the UPC bar code (ex: 33-15492)
- The stamp lot # and date. To locate, please remove the lid from the base of the box and look along the side.
- Where the puzzle was purchased.
- Your complete mailing address. Springbok is located in the United States. At this time we only ship replacements within the United States.
- An image of the defective puzzle (pieces)
