Shay #11 Steam Locomotive

Magnificent Train
Just received, not started yet though always open box to view Springbok's magnificent puzzle piece craftsmanship! Mountain Express is a most vibrant realistic portrayal of a train engine! Magnificent colors, small mountain town enactment with a felling of being there. Thank you Springbok
Beautiful Puzzle!
This was a fun puzzle to put together and it turned out beautiful. Not too hard or easy... just right! Pieces were clean and went together well. Highly recommend.
Locomotive
The locomotive was a Shay locomotive. I found an article that #11 was made in 1923 and was bought by a lumber company in California. You can see how the boiler not centered. It is left of the locomative's center (right in the picture).

This was my Mystery Puzzle. Very pleased with your choice. 7 out of 10 on a 1-10 difficulty scale.
Fun to do! Mountain Express
We have done a lot of puzzles, some do to winter weather, and now social distancing. We purchased several different ones, and springbok puzzles are never a disappointment. This ones larger pieces fit tightly together and rendered a great finished product. Thanks.
Gift that makes memories
I received this puzzle as a gift. Soon after I started it, a few friends were over for a visit. Before you knew it, we were all doing our own little section! It was a great way to make a memory, no matter what age. The puzzle was not super hard, but there were challenging areas. Love the quality of springbok puzzles -- never disappoints.
Brought in Store
I brought this puzzle in the stores, When I got it I started it right away. It looked hard at first but once I got the end pieces together it was easy from there. I love this Puzzle. I love trains, need more puzzles for trains. Great job on the color and design.
