Where do I see my reward point total?
You can view your reward point total at any time within your Springbok account. Once you log in, hover over your name in the top right of the screen. A dropdown menu will appear. Select the Rewards option.
You will be redirected to your Rewards account page. Scroll down to view your reward point total.
Reward points are not showing for my purchase(s).
Reward points are automatically credited to your account once your order has a shipped status.
Past orders placed prior to the launch of Springbok’s Piece Count Club are not eligible for reward points. Reward points began to accumulate on October 26, 2021.
I created an account after my purchase or I accidentally checked out as a guest instead of ordering through my account. Can I still receive reward points for my purchase?
Of course! We are happy to credit your account. Please send an email with the subject line “Rewards Credit” to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your account email address and the order number.
Anticipate a response within 5 business days.
I did not receive reward points for submitting my birthday.
It’s hard to wait, but 50 points will be automatically added to your reward total on your birthday.
I input the wrong birthday. I want to change it.
We are sorry for the inconvenience! Not everyone is as honest as you. Fraud prevention is in place for those who might be tempted to take advantage of the gift and attempt to claim it multiple times by updating their birthdate.
